Nausika was established to design, promote and implement educational games for personal development and social transformation.

The aims of education, as we see it, are:

• raising creativity among the youth and maintaining it among the adults,
• empowering personal skills by conscious work on emotions and attitudes,
• preventing radicalization and prejudices by critical thinking,
• promoting sustainable development, permaculture, urban gardening,

The various outputs of our work include: 

• narrative games (RPG, LARP, storytelling, argumentation, simulation)
• board and card games, including big scale mega-games
• customized training programs for teachers, youthworkers and teaching institutions

 .

Since 2022, we lead NAUSIKA HUB – a grass-root space for educators and activists in the heart of the Old Town in Kraków (Poland). You’re welcome to rent our atmospheric workshop room in a medieval building or to co-organize events with our team.

By the year 2024, we have run over 30 GRANT PROJECTS, mostly on the European Level, mostly focused on NFE innovation.

Majority of OUR GAMES are published as free of cost open-source, to be used by activists and teachers at their own, while it’s also possible to order from us the service of ORGANIZATION AND FACILITATION of the games, or a PROFESSIONAL TRAINING on how to implement them on your own.

We value networking with informal groups, as well as formalized bodies, such as

• the Civic Dialogue Committee on Youth Policy in Kraków
• the Edible Kraków program of the Municipal Greenspace Authority and the network of community gardens in Kraków
• the international community of Portal Larp Convention
